How to Create a Group on Tontiin

Follow these simple steps to create your first Tontiin group:

1. Ensure you have downloaded the Tontiin application and created your account. If not, refer to our account creation guide available on our channel.
2. Open the Tontiin app.
   • If you have no groups yet, tap the Create Group button.
   • If you already belong to groups, go to the Groups tab and tap the plus (+) icon to create a new group.
3. Fill in the group creation form:
   • Enter the Group Name.
   • Add a Description (optional).
   • Select the Meeting Frequency (daily, weekly, every two weeks, every three weeks, or monthly).
   • Set if the beneficiary receives payout at every meeting (check or uncheck based on your group's rules).
   • Define the Contribution Amount and Currency.
   • Optionally, create or link a WhatsApp group for communications and reports.
4. Once all details are complete, tap Create Group.
5. After creation, share your group's invitation link or copy it manually to send to members.
6. Access your group via the View Group button to manage members and upcoming meetings.
